1- rinse your panties in cold water as soon as you take them off, until the water is clear.

2- machine wash it on a synthetic program at 30°C (or by hand) with the rest of your laundry (I promise, everything will be fine!). Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Ideally, put your panties in a laundry net when washing them in the machine.

3- let it air dry and above all, do not use a dryer.

Using advice:
