How do I prepare my toothpaste at home?

1. Add lukewarm water until the white bubble (about 72 mL). 💧
2. Pour the entire contents of a stick into the bottle ✨
3. Close the cap and stir well! 💪
4. Wait 20 minutes and it's ready. 🕞

Once the toothpaste is finished, simply rinse your pump bottle well with hot water and refill it. ♻️

💡 Dentists recommend minimum 2 tooth brushings per day !

• Sodium fluoride : oral and dental active: it helps prevent the appearance of cavities, it protects against the formation of dental plaque, it contributes to good oral hygiene. 😎 (1450 ppm fluoride)
